Repeat customer, would buy again!!
This is the second time I have purchased this frame. One the first time, the dog chewed my frame and they replaced for free. Then I fell walking and they replaced again for free. I will go to Sam's vision again. Also, I have VSP insurance and Sam's is a preferred vendor on my insurance so I get a really great deal on them.

Found the optical department very dishonest. Told me a one year warrenty was included as was a special lens. After I paid I looked at receipt and I was actually charged for both. Pretty shady. I should have asked to see the full break down first. I will not use Sams optical again
