Best thing I recently picked up at Sams! We made pizzas, ate as is , in sandwiches , used the oil to brush pita bread.. definitely buying again! So cute and tasty!

Delicious. Save the flavored oil for dipping bread and roasting veggies. I made a special appetizer for a party with these. Antipasto on a toothpick!!

Delicious in a salad or by themselves for a snack

OK not exactly what I would expect at a restaurant.  Mozz did not taste as if fresh. Balance of dressing was somewhat oily needing more acid to balance.

Marinated Mozzarella

Convenient purchase and usable for stuffing marinated cherry peppers and left over oil for dipping bread.  But stand alone this product variety needs more herb flavor.  Approximately 25 to under 30 small melon ball scoop size cheese and not every cheese ball is evenly sized but are a good size ball for appetizers.  A lot of oil some oregano flakes.  Will buy again but will jazz it up with more herbs and spices.  Apparently some Sams Clubs have another variety with sun dried tomatoes in it.  My Sams did not.

Convenient purchase but ...

These were very tasty and had a very fresh texture.... My only complaint is I wish they had been packaged in a lite olive oil instead of canola oil.  I believe they would have tasted better with the seasonings and would have been a healthier option. The canola oil was a little too dense fory liking. My fault, next time I'll read the packaging more closely.

Tasty and fresh ...but....

poor consistency; the mozzarella can be soft one time and chewy the next time you buy it. Also don't like that they use canola oil instead of olive oil.

Hit or miss

I bought these as a shortcut to making tomato and mozzarella salad for a Memorial day picnic.  I should have bought fresh mozz and made it myself.  These cheese balls were hard and swimming in a flavorless oil.  They did not taste or feel fresh at all.  I'll never buy these again.
