[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I added this to my daily routine for ten days and all days I had to rush to bathroom a couple times a day.  I am pretty regular in both timing and stool but this just made my stomach churn.  I stopped taking it and the symptoms stopped so had to be product.

Not for Me

It actually makes me sick.  I think two per day was too strong for me or the mix with my regular vitamins was too much.
