Very capable printer with all the high end features I wanted, but it's expensive for personal use. I would have expected Walmart to have better pricing on this printer.

Full feature printer that is easy to set-up. We have the printer connected via our home ethernet network; 3 different computers are tied to the printer.....works great. We especially like the scan feature that can scan and save directly to our home network drive/memory device. Ink replenishment is simple and ink cost is low. Print quality is good to excellent.

Had it for a month, seems to be very economical with the ink, unlike our previous Brother printer that ate toner every month to the tune of over $300.  Easy to connect wirelessly with all our computers.  Very happy so far.

This printer does more than we need, but I’d we need the options it has we have it. Also a big deciding point were the ink tanks because ink cartridges are so costly.

Printer for our church

I've owned this printer for just over 3 yrs now.  It has been used for home and our businesses. We've gone through a whole case of printer paper plus misc amounts of glossy & matte photo paper. Just now into using the 3rd set of printer ink (only filled up the Magenta & Yellow) plus had to put in a new maintenance box. Couldnt believe I didnt have to move the printer out to get to the back, on this model the Maint Box is right up front under the scanner bed. I can't say enough good about this printer as we've used it for all kinds of home & business projects plus monthly bookkeeping & other records. It prints so fast and the photo/text resolution looks great on everything we do. Never had a problem connecting to our server, the internet nor with our cell phones. I love having two paper drawers as we can put shipping labels in one and reg paper in another. We so enjoy not having to change out cartridges now!  Wow, having EcoTanks is such a money saver as the ink is used so sparingly. We would have had to buy hundreds of dollars in cartridges by now.  So glad to NOT have to install cartridges now too as it was always such a time consuming hassle especially when you needed to finish up on some printing project when you ran out of ink. IF this printer lasts 5+ yrs, it would have more than paid for itself!

GREAT FAST HOME/BUSINESS PRINTER WITH LOTS OF GREAT FEATURES

Overall this is a nice little printer for our office. It is quiet and does not take up much space. I thought it would hold more paper in the drawers. Also, we have had a great deal of paper jams already and it is cumbersome to clear those out. It also misfeeds paper frequently, it will grab 7-8 sheets of paper to print one page.  Not sure if we have a setting that needs adjusted but right now, I am not convinced I bought the best printer for our needs.

Frequent Paper Jams

Returning it due to poor performance. At this price point we expected ease of use, which is NOT what we got. It was difficult to install onto our computer and wont stay "connected". We found multiple other people with the same issue online. I only wish we had seen them before the purchase and now I have to pay to return it.

Dont Buy!

1. Doesn't feed paper correctly.  Constantly jamming.  
2. It leaves blank strips on color printed sections & its not consistent page to page.  Two identical pages the first one may have the issue and the second page printer ok.
3. Gets a filter air most of the time printing from a MAC.  The log indicates connectivity issues but the blue connection is solid.  It may print 1 of 2 pages.  First page prints of the print job and then Try to print again and you get the filter message.  Happens with multiple iMacs.  
4. Seems to not like MAC's but Win OS work better.
5. Have not figure out of it will print two sided so unsuccessful
6. The Bottle loading is easy a plus
7. I also like the scanning. However I go to scan & it tells me to install the scanning software on the PC which has already been completed.  It does scan though even though I get the message.
8.  I need to spend time to figure out why it doesn't print like I feel like a $900.00 printer should.  Currently is print asa if it was a $49.99 special!

Biggest & Most Expensive Piece of Junk I have Ever Purchased

This thing SUCKS! It constantly says it’s out of paper. Randomly won’t connect over Wi-Fi to any device. Completely stops printing if you send multiple docs back to back to print over WiFi. It also freezes halfway thru print documents and will randomly pick up printing again hours later. If it’s printing a large doc and something interrupts the printing process, it’s starts printing the ENTIRE document all over again. This has happened since I purchased this stupid thing. Total waste of $900 (after buying tax and extra ink).
