Mushroom seasoning is hard to find in general and this is one of my favorite flavors.  Bought a few jars on clearance/discontinued and will expriament with vacuum packing and freezing.

Mushrooms Yum

Freaky good to make or add to dishes,roast,gravy.

Very nice a woodsey taste. But you have to use quite a bit to get the taste.  It is heavy on the salt side so I recommed using at the end of cooking to give food a boost of flavor

On the Fence

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taste is good but a little strong at times. Packaging is efficient. I would try more flavors in the future. Would be best for flavoring meat and maybe stews.

I had a recipe with "mushroom seasoning" in it so I ordered this, unfortunately the minimum order limit is 2. There seem to be limited recipes besides just top with seasoning. It looks as if the company has gone out of business.
