EKO Matte Stainless Steel Motion Sensor Kitchen Trash Can 13.2 Gallon

Excellent trash can. Love that it’s touchless. Going from a plastic Simple Human step trash which we had for 9 years but lid and pedal broke and we literally had to open the whole top to throw out anything. We loved it but the stainless steel version let alone touchless was way over budget. This trash can is veryeasy to use and budget friendly. Getting that Simple Human look without that huge price tag. Fits members mark trash bag which is what we normal get for kitchen bags. I love how this has a plastic liner inside which makes the top of the bag you pull over the edge concealable once you place the lid on top. I will say the lid did scratch easily first day which annoyed me. Very tiny minor scratch so be careful taking it out and where you place it when changing out the bags. Batteries I put in still going hasn’t run out of battery. Goes great in my kitchen with the rest of my stainless steel appliance. Definitely recommend!

The trash can is well made and has a solid heft to it. The stainless steel appears to be be good quality. Set up is easy. Pull the lid off the top. Raise the inner container and place a trash bag over it. The Member's Mark Power flex trash bags fit snugly onto the inner liner. The trash can requires 4 AA batteries that are not included. The power switch is on the back side of the lid. Also located on the back is a hand hold to easier movabilty. Stainless steel can be tricky to grip otherwise. The lid opens and closes nicely when you are over the sensor. When you walk past it, it stays closed.
