Love the glasses but the lady in Optical (Viva) was not member sevice orientated. It was raining outside, I showed up at 6:45pm. She told me they do not dispense glasses after 6:00pm but since it was raining, she would. I replied, " I thought you closed at 7:00pm." She told me they do but she has closing procedure to do. I am a Plus Member and pay $110 for my membership, if your sign says you close at 7:00pm, you should attend to members first.

Transition vs provressive

Ordered sunglasses, and picked them out from the selection of sunglasses, and they came back transition unsteady of progressive. Was told the error was on me and I would have to pay for new lenses. Not happy!
