Versatile and Convenient

With 20 links in each box, this is a great choice for anyone looking to have a tailgate party, family gathering, or for catering. And if you want to provide your family with a quick meal with 13g of protein per serving, you can pull out as many links as you desire and leave the rest in the freezer for the next time you are ready to serve great Italian sausage. DiRusso's is always great on the grill, but can be implemented in many other recipes as well. You will love this sausage in sauce, soups, and casseroles. You can also take it out of the casings and use it to stuff peppers or mushrooms. This product can be cooked from a frozen state.

Cooking Instructions

Links can be cooked frozen or thawed. Directions are for frozen links. Heating times are approximate.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low. Place links on the grill. Grill 18-20 minutes. Turning occasionally.

Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium-low. Place links in the skillet. Cook, partially covered, for 20-25 minutes, turning often.

Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place links on baking pan and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, turning several times.

Cook until temperature is a minimum of 160°F and the center is no longer pink.
