I've used Desitin Maximum Strength for skin irritation, and it works very well. The thick zinc oxide formula creates a protective barrier that helps soothe irritated skin quickly. It stays in place, lasts for hours, and helps reduce redness. A little goes a long way, making the tube last a long time. It's a product I always like to keep at home.
