Do not suddenly stop using after30 days of consistent use because time will begin to go forward instead of backward. This works but you need to use it on a regular basis, maintain the schedule and use other collagen promoting products/services- retinol, microneedling, glycolic acid, *****. This mask hits all the right specs I was looking for in a LED mask (fluence and irradiance) I've been using face led mask for few years now(different brand) and wanted to add one for the neck. Was surprised by a fast delivery and a size of a mask: it's quite big which is definitely a plus. The battery seems sturdy and is comfortable to hold. Their series2 face LED seems so interesting too- would like to try one day!

Awesome LED Device

I love the coverage of this mask. I had the "other" brand & appreciate the size of this. The only thing i wish was different is the charge. I wish it had a level notice, so you know it needs to be charged.

Great size

I've been using this for about 3-4 months very consistently. 5-6 times/week. I am definitely seeing results. Neck is smoother. Chest has much less visible brown spots. The only downside side is that it is hard to do anything while it's on. The face mask allows most any movement this piece does not. Also the piece that holds it around the neck is tricky to use and a bit big

I have only been using the unit for about two weeks but am happy with the results that I'm seeing. I also like that I can lay it over my thighs and hopefully see some improvement there too.

Neck & Decollete Mask

This is my second mask, I previously had series one. I purchased series 2 for the technology, but am disappointed that it's still very hard to put on. Having to lace the strap while it's on your neck is very challenging and the fabric is very itchy.Please come up with a better to secure this such as the way you put on the face mask

Needs an easier way to

I bought the CurrentBody Skin LED Neck & Decolletage Mask last year February 2025. The very first few months I had some personal issues and did not use the device until later around June 2025. First I noticed that the detachable neck straps that are supposed to come with the LED masks where not included in the package. Again I was too caught up by family issues and did not have the strength and time to complain about it. I started using regularly but I did not see a lot of improvement. Starting last month the mask is not charging anymore, I do not know why. I can see that the green light on the controller is turning on when I plug it in which tells me that it does receive charge but the device does not turn on anymore. I do not remember the warranty on the product therefore I do not know if I can replace it. However, it is pretty disappointing to spend so much money on a product that lasts less than 1 year. I also got the laser hair removal which works good and so far I had no issues with it.

Dissapointing

I’ve been using this red light mask for four months, and unfortunately, I haven’t seen any improvement at all. I don’t deny that red light therapy can help reduce fine lines and improve ****, but this particular product simply didn’t deliver any results for me.What made me more skeptical was what happened shortly after I purchased it. I started receiving promotional emails from the company offering incentives for social media posts, essentially paying users to promote the product across platforms. For example, they offered up to RMB 800 for posting on Xiaohongshu, Threads, and Instagram, along with a free LED hair growth helmet.This really made me question the brand’s priorities. It feels like they rely more on aggressive marketing and paid promotions than on the actual effectiveness of their products.
