I've tried numerous brands and I always come back to this and one other brand. It soft and thick enough unlike others. It's a good quality toilet paper

Charmin is a quality tp

This is our family's choice for softness and absorbency. During covid, Charmin was often hard to find so we sometimes had to use other brands. Wow, could we tell the difference! Compared to the other brands we used, this one was definitely softer and more gentle, and left us feeling more clean. Five stars!

Soft and absorbent

I use to use a very good store brand tissue but I used more so not only is Charmin softer it actually is a better value

The best tissue

The only reason I gave it to For was I noticed that they were kind of sneaky and now the role is a little bit narrower than it used to be.

Smaller than before

I should have listened to another reviewer who stated these rolls don't last.  I received a discount on this purchase but it wasn't a bargain once I realized the truth about the rolls not being what they were advertised to be.  Charmin also sheds lots of lint!

Not as advertised.

We've used Charming our whole lives, but now it's cheaply made!  We're going to try something different!  Please improve!

Not Charmin!

This product's quality is less than in the past. It would not be a problem with increased pricing but I should be getting the same amount of the product as before when it costs less. Disappointing!

Paying more, getting less

The sheets are much smaller in width.  Also the paper roll seems to be larger and when you roll the necessary amount you need more rolls out.  Next time I will purchase your brand.

It has changed not for the better.

PRODUCT OK, BUT THE $15 SAMS GIFT CARD FOR PURCHASING $50.00 OF PROCTOR & GAMBLE PRODUCTS WAS REJECTED AS NOT SUBMITTED CORRECTLY.  I SENT ALL NECESSARY PROOF OF PURCHASE ITEMS.  THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REVIEW MY CLAIM AND i HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM SINCE.  BE CAREFUL WITH SAMS REBATE OFFERS.

DID NOT RECEIVE GIFT CARD

Great toilet in general but I don't know if I'd order anything like this from a Sam's again. The toilet paper or at least a few roles were shredded like a cat attacked the package before they put in the box. The plastic was ripped and the toilet paper was shredded. Haven't had time to return. I live almost an hour away. That's why I ordered but unfortunately I won't be doing that again. :(
