One Year Limited Frame Warranty
The wood frames of this sectional set are warranted to be free from structural defects in material and workmanship. However, changes in the color of wood due to aging are normal and not covered by this warranty. Components such as chair feet are meant to wear and tear, so they will not be considered as part of the frame. Fabrics and cushions are also warranted to be free from workmanship or material defects.
Warranty Exclusions
Some exclusions apply to the warranty. These include furniture used for commercial purposes, clearance items, display models, or items purchased "as is". The warranty does not cover failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use, freight damage, acts of nature, vandalism, fire, lack of proper care and maintenance, or improper assembly. Accidental damage, repair, or modifications by the customer are also not covered. Please note that the warranty starts on the date of purchase unless otherwise noted.
Claim Process
For quality control purposes and verification, we require documents in support of your claim. These include the packing slip/invoice, additional documents (photos or video) of damaged/defected/missing part, and the item number and part code. Please retain all damaged goods until the claim is concluded.

Teak Care & Maintenance: Clean with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a non-metallic, soft-bristle brush for stubborn stains. Lightly sand stained areas with fine 120-grit sandpaper. For best results, start with a mild cleaning solution before progressing to stronger concentrations or store-bought teak cleaners.
Cushion Care: Breathable, water-resistant fabric. Recommended to be removed and stored in a dry place during inclement weather or when not in use. Air dry if soaked after heavy rain. Rotate cushions and pillows periodically to distribute wear.
Easy Maintenance: The cushion covers are designed for effortless removal, simplifying the cleaning process for both covers and cushions.

This is a beautiful and strudy outdoor sectional! I love the neutral color as well as the material it is made with. This item will be perfect for entertaining guests as the weather warms up! I also believe that this is an exceptional price for the value.
This sofa set is perfect. I love the color of the natural teak wood paired with the neutral cushions. The size is great for plenty of seating with a great coffee table too! It's comfortable and easy to relax on! And SO affordable for the quality you receive!
Omg with this sofa set, the color, wood, fabric and everything is just perfect. The coffee table is gorgeous! The cushions are comfy but not too much, but with good support for you back. The removal cushion covers is a plus, just easy to clean and wash! I love it
