Purchase or use of gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms: gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop® locations in the United States or online at buildabear.com. Cards are not valid at select locations including but not limited to Great Wolf Lodge. To use, present gift card at the time of purchase. Purchase amount, plus applicable taxes, will be deducted from available balance until the value reaches zero. Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or replaced if lost or stolen, except as otherwise required by law. Gift cards do not expire, nor does Build-A-Bear Workshop® charge fees in connection with gift cards. Cards can be purchased for a minimum of $5 and the maximum of $150. Not for resale.

Do not purchase! E gift card was never sent, customer service states it is non refundable even if they never send product and direct you to look up manually, and the order doesn't show up there either. Complete nightmare if you purchase online and wait for email delivery. I would recommend only buying gift cards in store!
