I called the Sam's club number and was put thru to the main number not the local number. I ended up calling 3 times. The first two told me my Michelin tires which I had on the car would not fit. They put me thru to a different number which disconnecting. The third call , the person set up A time for installation. When I showed up for the installation they had no record of the appointment. The person on site was very helpful and set up a time and everything worked out fine .

Poor phone customer service

Tire purchase was an easy in store purchase. The best tires I've purchased for my car so far. They're quiet and my car travels a lot smoother.
