They have been great so far. Started with the welded cabinets then got the RTA. Both solid quality. Rather easy to assemble.

These cabinets put the finishing touch to my garage. Great quality, and lots of comments from friends.

The shipping was slow. I believe that this was caused by supply chain issues because of Covid-19.
Packaging was great not one item had damage. 
The products were high quality easy to install and great looking. 
The cabinets very sturdy, with nice shelving.  The overhead racks are very strong I have 8 18 inch tires on the 8 ft x 2 ft rack.  The tool bench has lots of drawers that slide easily when loaded.  The casters make it easy to move. The slat walls installed easy and with so many accessories, I saved so much room in our small garage. 
Our garage is organized, we saved space everything is great quality and looks great.
I would do business with NewAge again ,great customer service from the free design person to working out shipping timing.

Great garage organizing

Installed three in a row on the wall.  The precision side holes allowed me to bolt them together (with the provided hardware) before tightening down the wall anchors for a perfectly even and level installation.  Pre-assembled, carefully packaged and arrived when promised free from damage.  They look great, would buy again.

Only one :(, the Stop Stickers on the big cabinets!!! Sticker is so powerful and hard to remove. Makes product look sloppy. Still has ‘t come off. SMH!

Nice product.

These are very nice wall cabinets. They feel sturdy and durable. The only reason I am giving them a 4/5 is because there is no option for a shelf inside, which for me eliminates a lot of storage potential. Install was easy, the slotted backs help with mounting to a stud.

Quality Value

This is the second order with damaged products. The first order in cabinet of a while set was damaged now I ordered another cabinet and it came damaged. I made do but quality control at your company sucks.

Arrived damaged and offered a minimal credit or we had to package, box, and secure to a pallet for a return

Poor customer service

Poor design and construction for these upper bold series cabinets. They have no shelf and are tall enough to need one without question. They have a large lift over of about 1 3/4”, the inside bottom of the cabinet is lower than the opening because of the wide frame and only single layer. I have some steel cabinets from the 50s that are designed much better. Plus they are all dented in the front of the doors in the same spot as a manufacturing flaw.
