Yummy and healthy

So delicious! Love it plain, or as a base for such a nutritious meal you could die. I take out the raisins, which removed much of the sugar, and add walnuts, flax, high flavinal cocoa, and vanilla protein powder. One serving of each combined will hold me for an entire day. It is good soaked overnight or cooked. I prefer it a bit undercooked with more bite. Get this instead of your high-sugar "healthy" cereal.

Lose Weight and Eat Healthy!

I eat Bob's Red Mill Muesli (BRMM) on a daily basis (1 cup full with 2% milk and berries) and it gives me the energy and body fuel to work around the house and daily exercises. I'm over 65 and it also keeps the weight off by cleaning me out. I have been eating BRMM for years and would recommend it to anyone to keep healthy and fit.

Excellent!

Love this muesli! It's great mixed with yogurt and a touch of honey, or it can be eaten with a little hot or cold milk. My 92 year old Dad eats it every day.
