Fiber, anyone?

I love these oats and have been purchasing them for years. Yes, they have husks. The way I look at it, more fiber is to my benefit. Seriously, it’s not a big deal.

hulls will not kill you

The other reviews are accurate but as it turns out those nasty hulls are kinda edible and they are the secrets of the high protein content.
