Its fits one sandwich or 2 full wraps (cut and strategically placed) and 2 small snacks (cut fruit) on the side. Nothing mixes because of the way it seals. I usually pack it in an insulated lunch kit with ice packs and a drink to keep it cold since it isn't insulated.
