Essential for traveling, especially when you don't have a kitchen AND you catch a cold, and need broth to sip. Easily adds depth and protein to any meal you make.

Barebones beef broth is a delicious drinking broth. It's very good for people who do intermittent fasting because it doesn't count as a meal. It helps when you start feeling hungry or get cravings. I enjoy it at night when I get those pesky cravings.

Bought this for my husband who has to occasionally do clear liquid diet for diverticulitis flares. He really enjoyed this beef bone broth. He says it tasted like it had more flavor, like seasonings. He didn't care as much for the chicken in this brand, but liked it ok once he added ginger powder. Definitely was nice to just use the single serve coffeepot and pour a packet in.
