Preparation Instructions

Do not microwave.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen raw breast(s) from pouch and place on a flat metal baking sheet. Place each breast at least 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven for 36-39 minutes for 1-2 pieces or 42-44 minute for 3-6 pieces. Use meat thermometer to measure internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F. After baking, let cook approximately 3 minutes before serving.

These are my husbands favor. They are great as a quick snack. It says not to put in the air fryer but you can. If you have an air fryer with a thermometer attachment to let you know when the internal temp is over 165 degrees then you are good to cook these in an air fryer.
