4-Year Protection Plan

Your appliances are covered for mechanical and electrical failures during normal use, including complex internal parts that can stop working years after purchase.

• Power Supply Burnout
• Won't power on
• Leaks
• Missed Laundry - If we can’t repair your washer or dryer within 14 days of our initial on-site service visit, we’ll reimburse you for laundry services up to $50 during years 3-4.
• Food spoilage - You’re covered for up to $300 for spoiled food caused by mechanical failure of your appliance during years 3-4.

Accidental damage, intentional damage, loss, and theft are not covered.

How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?

Most products at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts 90 days to one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

To file a claim:

• File a claim at www.squaretrade.com/SamsClub anytime, 24/7. Or call us at (888) 240-6940.
• Have your receipt and covered item with you if you haven't registered your plan.
• Many claims are approved instantly. in other cases, a specialist will guide you through next steps.
