Highly Recommend!

My periods are so heavy that I have to take tranexamic acid to control the bleeding. These are my absolute go to pads. They are super absorbable and do not irritate my skin. My college age daughter also prefers these for her heavy days. They may look like a mattress compared to other pads, but I find them comfortable and forget I'm wearing them.
