This imported provolone is granted DOP designation by the European Union to ensure that cheese is produced under strict supervision using specific methods, and from a protected designation of origin to guarantee supreme quality. Aged for a minimum of four months, this cheese is full of flavor and has a semi-hard texture. This cheese is gluten-free.
