Zanetti Grana Padano comes from Northern Italy near the Po River. In Italy, Grana Padano is the most widely sold Parmesan. It's a cow's milk cheese with a 1000-year history. This is hard, flavorful cheese. It has low moisture content.

Made in the traditional manner, Grana Padano provides an authentic, nutty Parmesan flavor. It has been awarded the Italian Consortium Grana Padano logo and PDO Designation. Zanetti Grana Padano wedges are made from cheese that has been aged a minimum of 18 months.

You can use this cheese in a variety of ways. Of course, you can grate it over pasta and other Italian dishes. It's great in lasagna and meatballs. Try shaving Grana Padano over soups and letting it melt. It's also tasty on sandwiches and salads. Try slicing it thinly and pairing it with fruit. It goes with so many different foods.
