purchased for my husband and it arrived broken.  watch hands hitting one another where he could not set the correct time initially. Return was seamless thanks to Sam's. However he wanted a working watch amd I wanted a replacement for the same price paid. I was told no at the store. Upsetting and loss of business for what should be a quality product.
