These spicy chicken nuggets are made with all natural* white meat chicken with no artificial ingredients, then breaded and seasoned to perfection. With 10 grams of protein and zero grams of trans fat per serving, these spicy chicken nuggets are sure to be a hit with the entire family. Fully cooked and ready-to-eat, simply prepare in an oven or microwave and serve with ketchup for a protein-packed lunch. Includes one 4.5 lb. package.

Heating Instructions

Oven: preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen nuggets on baking sheet. Heat 11 to 13 minutes.

Air Fryer: place 16-20 frozen nuggets, enough to cover, on the air fryer tray and close fryer. No preheating is needed. Heat at 360°F for 7-8 minutes.

Mircrowave: arrange frozen nuggets on microwave safe plate. Heat on high:

  • 5 nuggets for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes
  • 10 nuggets for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes
  • 15 nuggets for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes

Do not overheat. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Quick lunch or snack option

The Tyson spicy nuggets are a staple in my home. All three of my children love them. They are easy to prepare and cook. Just pop them in the air fryer for about 10-15 and pair with your favorite dish or sauce. Depending on how you like the texture of your nuggets I would suggest adjusting your cooking time. For a softer texture, less cook time and for crispier nuggets, longer cook time. I would say the appearance of the nuggets are a medium round size and mimics the nuggets from your local fast food.
