Sometimes there are packages where moisture inside has solidified the powder. In both the single lemon or lime and some fruit lemonades.

    Changed my life (and my guac)!

    I drink more water, and I use the packets any time I need a lime or lemon wedge, even in cooking. No more dried up limes on the counter. I’ve always got TC packets in the pantry for guacamole or a cocktail. Thanks to the flight attendant who introduced us to them!

    Handy to have on hand

    Have purchased this in the grocery store before but has been hard to find lately. Was very happy to see this was offered online at Sam's Club Although this is a very large box for us to use, I will be sharing with relatives and friends. Great to have on hand when making a dish where you need some lime juice and do not have any limes on hand. Have used in drinks, salsa, guacamole, cakes and frosting, etc. I like the fact that the individual packages stay fresh and do not have preservatives or artificial coloring in them and the only ingredient is dehydrated lime juice. I tried adding a whole package to some water to flavor it as a lime wedge would and found it quite sour so would suggest, if using it in that way, you might start with ...

    Lime is my favorite beverage add. With these easy to use packets, I can add lime anytime and it gets me to drink more water throughout the day. Big fan!

    GREAT ON SEAFOOD AND IN WATER!

    True Lime is great to sprinkle on seafood prior to cooking. It gives a "zing" to the fish. And, for a refreshing drink, put some in your ice cold water! It is very tasty and a good "pick me up" as well!
