Please note, the customer is responsible for unloading the delivery and must have access to a loading dock and a forklift.

Terms & Conditions

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please review and prepare the following requirements:

Dock Access: An elevated dock that accommodates a 53’ trailer (required).

Staffing: A warehouse representative and forklift must be available (drivers cannot assist with unloading).

Scheduling: Reserved dock space and a confirmed appointment for timely access. (Delivery window will be Monday-Friday 8am-1pm)

Documentation: A warehouse associate must sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery.

Unloading: Unloading must be completed within 60 minutes. Failure to unload in a reasonable time may result in additional charges and removal from the Truckload program.

Turned-Away Deliveries: If a truck is turned away at the delivery point, a $250 restocking fee will be charged. Repeated issues may result in removal from the Truckload program.
