Love the tires! Did not love the service!

Love the tires. Not happy with the service received. My daughter had new tires put on. She went in to get the lug nuts retorqued and was told they didn't know what she was talking about. She said the technician was irritable and rude. Presented the receipt with "return in 50 miles for retorque." The technician retorqued 1 nut on each rim. So, what if the other lug nuts come loose and the rims and car is damaged? What if she has an accident because this person couldn't bother to do the job right?
