How Do I Prepare Tortilla Land Uncooked Flour Tortillas?

GRILL:

Grill them on the barbecue until there are grill marks on both sides.

PAN FRY:

1. Preheat a non-stick pan to medium heat (400°F). No butter or oil required.
2. Place tortilla in pan and cook for 30 seconds until slightly golden and tortilla begins to puff.
3. Turn tortilla over and cook for additional 30 seconds. Caution: tortillas will be hot. Enjoy!
