I am still very satisfied

This is my follow-up review. I purchased this Thor Kitchen about 18 months ago, after 2 months of purchase I had to replace the heating element. This expense I had to endure. After the part was replace, my range still works like dream

yes I would recommend

Just got my Thor kitchen connected today , I am extremely please with this appliance. I use propane gas so I had to order my conversion kit from Thor Kitchen My kitchen looks very rich and inviting. I haven’t use my range as yet, still waiting For my conversion kit. Thank you Sam’s Club. I will update in a few months

Disappointed

Purchased 1/10/21 Oven stopped working 1/13/23. Factory warranty expired two yrs after purchase. Thank God I bought the extended 4 yr warranty. No local technician could be located for repair. Thor provided a local tech. that did not respond to the voice mail left. Now we need to find a company that will haul the defective unit and install the new one. All gas units are very expensive now. It's a beautiful range but we'll never invest that much money on a Thor range again.
