How to Insert and Remove a Tampon
Learn the proper way to use your tampon for maximum comfort and effectiveness. To insert a tampon, slowly insert the applicator from the tip all the way to the grip, then push the pusher. After you’ve pushed the pusher in all the way, pull the applicator out. To remove a tampon, you'll use your thumb and finger to grip the string and pull it slowly out. Remember to properly dispose of your used tampon in the trash.

I’ve been using Tampax Pearl Tampons with LeakGuard Braid, Super Absorbency for a few months now, and they consistently deliver. The tampons are very absorbent, which gives me confidence on heavier days without feeling bulky or uncomfortable. The LeakGuard Braid really works—no leaks so far, even during long days or workouts. Insertion is smooth, and I appreciate that the applicator is easy to grip and gentle on the skin. The 50-count pack is great value, and it lasts through an entire cycle comfortably. This is convenient for me since the first few days supers are needed and eventually work my way down to light. Easy to insert and hide the uncomfortable time of the month then it's gone before I know it. Definitely recommend to have if you start off heavy to just spotting the last few days.
