1. Download the Taco Bell Mobile App on your phone (available on iOS and Android).

2. Set up an account and link your Taco Bell eGift Card to your account under Payments within your Profile.

3. Click “Add New Gift Card” and follow directions. This will register and load your eGift Card to your account.

4. Your funds will show immediately within “Gift Cards” tab under Payments, within your Profile.

5. When it’s time to order, your eGift Card funds will populate in the Payment section of checkout.

works as planned, get it for the 20% discount

Ordered my gift cards and worked with no problems. The app makes it easy to merge gift cards so that it all gets spent.

As another reviewer noted, an egift card is a separate card so if you buy 2, they both must be loaded separately in the app. The bigger issue is that the app wont allow partial payments. Therefore if you had a transaction over $25 you would have to add funds to the gify card to use as the app doesnt allow you to use a gift card and a credit card, or even 2 gift cards. Further if you had $2 left on the card you couldnt get something over $2 without adding funds to the gift card. All other apps im used to allow a credit card to be used after gift card partial payment, not taco bell. Im assuming if using in store the experience may be different but this review is for those eho planned to use the app to redeem (this is a digital only gift card afterall).

Don't redeem these in the app!

I just bought these because they save $5 per gift card, but I guess ever since the newest update, you cannot use the gift card unless you spend less than $25. So any order over that, which my family usually spends around $28 each order we can't use them... also how to I know redeem the cents that obviously I can't make a perfect $25 purchase? Taco Bell needs to fix this app issue, this used to not be an issue before the update, I've used gift cards in the app before. If you buy these, I'd just use them physically in store.
