These steps are great! Easy to assemble, sturdy, and matched my hot tub perfect. I bought them because they have handles and are easy to grab when you’re getting in and out of the tub. I love the storage box also to put your chemicals in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was a great fit for my existing hot tub.  The color matched exactly.  I have a hard cover with bars to open on the side.  I was concerned that it would not fit, but it did perfectly.  The extra storage is nice.  The rail is nice for those of us getting older.

Good design!

Great product. Only downside is that the top step appears to be a little warped, which made it impossible to run the final three screws to the back of the bottom step. Hoping this won’t jeopardize the strength and integrity of the steps.

Overall the product looks good and was easy to assemble. Final product was as advertised. Am disappointed with the step construction though.
The bottom step has quite a bit of lex in it.
It almost folds in half when stepping onto it. We are well below the weight capability of the step. Will have to fix somehow, maybe fill with expandable foam??? Otherwise works great.
