Soft and comfortable.  These shoes are really comfortable unless you are walking in wet grass.  They do not handle moisture well; however, they are great on a dry day.

This one was very frustrating to order, try on, return, then order again to try on the next set. I had to order and return the same size, same color 4 times to find the usable 2 pairs. Heels were inconsistently made and uneven inside, despite its comfortable material amd design. The idea was great but execution was not. Maybe it was just that specific size and color (9.5 in black) because there was no problem with 10.5 in both grey and black. At least, found the good enough pairs, but the journey to reach there wasn't enjoyable.

Comfortable, but the cushion goes flat very quickly. For the price, it's a decent shoe.
