I use these for running, phone calls, podcasts, music, walking and listening around office, outside, inside, everywhere.
ACN is great, my wife talks to me and actually hears me and not background noise. 
Sound is great, really nice app with good sound options. 
I also love the buttons that i need to press instead of touch.
Noise canceling creates some pressure on the ears, but noise canceling is not what I got these for. I want to hear the surroundings.
Overall, I love these, and look for any way to use them even around the house.

Comfort and sound

Shokz

These are excellent headphones with very good noise cancellation. However—according to the promotional claims you make—the noise cancellation is supposed to block out 99% of external noise while I am on a call; yet, it doesn't seem to work very well—or perhaps that feature hasn't been implemented yet. Specifically, you state that the device uses AI to recognize my voice, but I have found that it fails to do so. That is my only complaint.

These are excellent headphones with

Fantastic headphones. They are comfortable enough that sometimes, when theyre off, I forget im wearing them. They are loud enough that a loud working environment doesnt make me miss even a single word of a podcast. Sound quality is crisp and sharp. The battery life is incredible. I sometimes use them all day and they are at 60% life. 10/10 product. They're expensive but worth it.

Best i ever purchased

I have cauliflower ears from years of wrestling and MMA. These headphones actually work in my ears where other brands don't and they sound fantastic! I'm so happy with them. In comparison to Air Pods they are so much more comfortable and they stay in place when I run. Highly recommend.

Great Sound

I bought these unsure if they would be worth it since I already have the OpenFit 2. I don't regret purchasing the pros whatsoever. The audio is a bit better, the case is MUCH nicer, I'm having less odd audio connection issues, and they fit better. The OpenFit 2's are great but they would often move around while I ran. The Pro's added weight and silicon tips alleviate that issue. The buttons are an upgrade too; they respond better to presses.

Huge upgrade!

The design and the feel is very Classy, It does not feel cheap at all. Love the functions and the sound is excellent. My only wish, is I wish it was a bit louder, OR if there was any way, the sound can be directed inside the ear. I love listening to my music, and there has been many times, i wish it was louder. The bass on these headphones are amazing. The Comfort of these headphones are amazing.

The Best Open Ear Headphones.

I got these to replace my open runs and the sound quality is a huge improvement and the battery life as well, the only downside is I used to wear my open runs for 12 plus hours no problem, these you definitely notice after an hour or so and make my ears very sore. Noise canceling works pretty good except in windy environments.

Huge improvement in some aspects

I have owned the original shotz oper ear for several years and really like them, (still use them). The only problems, I wish they would correct was the lack of magnetic charging, some outside sound reductions, real button controls and maybe a tighter fit ( I never had much of a problem but didn't use them for biking because I was afraid it fall off)
So when the pro model came I jumped at the upgrade. 
The pro fixed a lot of the problems but also introduced some new ones. First the pro is wider and heavier and when wearing glasses it started to irritate my ear. I use
a little spacer on my glasses so they can't fall into Shotz frame and ear. Now I don't have a problem. (And have them on all afternoon). At first I didn't like the sound but after changing the settings it is great. Same with the sound reduction but realize it dampens the outside sound not eliminate . Does better at eliminating single frequency like a fan or in a airplane
But now that I have it dialed in I love it

Oringinal open ear Shotz compared to open ear pro

I used my new pair on a trip. The ability to hear my phone while in the airport was minimal. The old pair I could hear even in a busy place. They don't touch the back of the ear in the same way the ones with a stabilizing band around the neck do. I liked the idea of the freedom from the piece around the back of my neck, but it's at the sacrifice of clarity and volume.

Not as goid as my old schokz

They function well enough, but their loudest doesn't get especially loud. Walking in a semi- busy shopping area, I couldn't hear parts of my audiobook at its loudest volume. Sometimes a feedback noise happens when adjusting the fit. The noise dampening works but also you can feel the dampening somehow? I was excited to get these but overall disappointed with my experience with them. I haven't yet tried them for running, but for travel and neighborhood walks it's been a no so far.

They function well enough, but

Disappointed these we not bone conduction. Although they sound OK.
They are just terribly uncomfortable. Can wear for about an hour before they are too painful.

I contacted support to ask for a refund but never heard back. 

I have had many pairs of shokz before. I will not be buying again after this experience,
