Our line of UltraDurable shelving features solid steel wire shelves with thick, 1-inch diameter poles. We designed the shelves with triple-truss supports to increase stability, making them perfect for use in industrial environments as well as at home. The shelves and poles are finished in bright chrome for a durable and easy to clean storage unit. Adjust the shelves at 1-inch increments to create compartments for larger items like appliances and electrical equipment. Each tier can hold up to 800 lbs. evenly distributed (4000 lbs. total) across the shelf in systems with leveling feet. Install the large 3"" wheels for a mobile storage unit capable of storing up to 500 lbs. across the entire system. This unit features wide (48"" W) and extra-deep (24"" D) shelves for heavy-duty storage. It stands 72"" tall when assembled with leveling feet and 75"" tall with wheels. Accessorize your storage with additional shelves, bins, labels from Seville Classics. Assembly is easy with detailed assembly instructions and all required tools included.

How Hard Is It To Build? Do I Need To Use All The Shelves?

Assembly is simple with no tools required. Shelves attach to the poles with plastic clip-on slip-sleeves. The poles simply need to be screwed together. The leveling feet screw in, but the wheels need to be attached. It may be easier to assemble the bottom half first before attaching the top poles. The system requires a top and bottom shelf at minimum for stability. You can adjust the additional shelves at 1-inch increments to create compartments that are perfect for your needs.

Does it Come with Leveling Feet or Wheels?

Both! This system includes large 3"" diameter caster wheels with steel hardware or a totally mobile storage unit. Two of the wheels have locks for stability when you have the shelves where you want them. The wheels are suited for lighter duty and can support up to 500 lbs. evenly distributed across the unit, making them perfect for home and garage storage. Install the leveling feet and store significantly more weight—up to 800 lbs. (evenly distributed) per shelf!

Nice and Sturdy

I purchased this to hold two printers and supplies while being able to move them easily around my shop. The two printers weigh approximately 200#'s with about another 150#'s of supplies. At roughly 350#'s of weight on the shelves the unit still moves around easily and appears to be very sturdy. I have several of the Seville Classics wire shelving units and work benches, very pleased with all of them.

Great Shelving Unit

I love these shelves. They are very sturdy and relatively easy to put together. Unfortunately, during shipping one of the vertical rods was slightly crimped in and would not fit the wheel. My husband was able to partially hammer it out and then it fit okay.

High quality and sturdy shelves

These shelves are perfect for our large walk in pantry. The overall weight and sturdiness of the shelves is impressive, and the adjustable shelf height is a great feature. The shelves were relatively easy to put together, although it took two of us to line up the shelves due to the overall weight - would have been hard to do with one person. We didn't use the optional castors on the bottom since we knew we wouldn't be moving these, but was important to build them in the location where we wanted them since they would be heavy to move after being assembled. Definitely recommend these!
