This uniquely patented design features a total of 21 polypropylene (PP) bins that slide out easily and lock onto the ventilated industrial strength steel shelves. This rack includes 15 large bins (10.5" W x 14"" D x 7" H), 6 XL bins (16" W x 14" D x 7" H), 21 bin labels, 4 removable bin dividers, 3" dia. wheels (two locking) and leveling feet. Use this convenient storage system to organize a variety of things including tools, hardware, papers/documents, produce and office/school supplies. This versatile mobile bin rack system is certified by the NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard 2 - Food Equipment, for commercial use and measures 48" wide by 14" deep and 56" high on wheels. Is the Seville Classics Commercial Bin Rack food safe?

The Seville Classics Extra-Wide 7-Tier NSF 21-Bin Rack is certified by the NSF to NSF/ANSI 2 Food Service for use in dry storage only. These NSF listed units are perfect for professional kitchens and stock rooms. They are perfect for dry and heated storage in restaurants, cafes, markets, and bakeries. Our shelving is engineered for commercial-grade use no matter where they're put to use.

Do the bins move while the rack is rolling?

It is unlikely because the Seville Classics Extra-Wide 7-Tier NSF 21-Bin Rack has a built-in lock mechanism for each of the bins to ensure that all of your important items stay in place and do not fall off the shelf. For safety reasons, do not move the bin rack system with the bins extended out of the rack.

Can I assemble the Bin Rack without wheels?

Yes. Assemble the rack with the included leveling feet for more a permanent storage solution. Leveling feet increases the weight capacity to 800 lbs. (115 lbs. per shelf).

Are the bins sturdy enough for storing outdoor equipment?

Bins are sturdy enough for storing outdoor equipment. The bins are made of thick, heavy-duty polypropylene for multipurpose use. Add or remove dividers for quick and easy organization of yard tools, hardware and more.

How hard is it to build? Do I need to use all the shelves?

Assembly is simple with no tools required. Shelves attach to the poles with plastic clip-on slip-sleeves. The poles simply need to be screwed together. The wheels or leveling feet easily screw into bottom of poles. It may be easier to assemble the bottom half first before attaching the top poles. Complete assembly by placing the bins onto the shelving unit. The system requires a top and bottom shelf at minimum for stability. You can eliminate some shelves during assembly to create compartments that are perfect for your needs.

The shelving unit includes wall straps for tip prevention. All hardware is included.
