Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and older: apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product onto a soft bristle toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 1 minute twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth. Minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a dentist or doctor.

Great product

I have used Crest for many years and on a random Tuesday, I became allergic to it. Being allergic to an ingredient in toothpaste is something I didn't have on my bingo card and the results were extremely painful. It took a doctor appt and several days to remedy. Thankfully, Sensodyne does not contain those ingredients. I am also very pleased with the advanced whitening element of this toothpaste and hope they do not change ever change the formula for this toothpaste.

It really works.

When my dentist recommended it, I had my doubts, but man, it really worked for me. I always had had problems with drinking icy cold water or thawed blueberries in yogurt, and I thought that it had to do with gum. I was told that I would see the results after a couple of weeks of using it daily. I don't know what other customers say, but for me it really works.
