Flooring was installed a few days ago. I am very happy with the results! I covered my entire upstairs rooms (except bathrooms) It is beautiful!!
I went through Angi.com as recommended by Sam’s Club and could not he happier. Monteros Flooring , Javier & his crew did a great job.
My only issue was the shipping process , I had several delays in the delivery date & ended up having to take days off work waiting. Also one box content was the wrong color so check your boxes

Absolutely Stunning Floors

No clue how easy it is to assemble or how the finished product would look like.    It is very thick and sturdy so it seems like it would be a solid choice for flooring.

I have nothing to compare this to other than the bottom of the line options I chose years ago for my home however this seems far more durable than the flooring I chose. I love the color and finish!

Impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opened and handed a sample of this flooring to my husband, and he practically wrote this review for me. He was impressed with the engineered cut design that makes laying the floor easy and secure with its locking groove edges. Then he noticed the pre-attached foam backing and he went nuts over that because it makes life so much easier. This warm lightly grooved laminate is beautiful and worth the extra cost. My husband agrees investing in good floors and premium paint pays dividends.

Select Surfaces Spencer Laminate Flooring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The floor is a pretty standard composite laminate flooring. Boards are 7/16" thick with a thin pad attached on the bottom. Boards are very firm (at least the smaller sample sizes). Snap together lock is manageable but will ding and bend easily if you don't get on the first or second try. 
Color of the face is a nice natural look and has a discreet texture but enough to give a real wood feeling. The biggest shock came at the scraping and sliding furniture on it. Some very thin lines were visible but if you don't know it is there or looking a few inches away they seem to self heal and are not noticeable. After scratching with a blade, the lines are barely visible and running a finger across you cannot feel the scratches. Would expect it to hold up in a high traffic area.

Stronger than expected

A lot of the boards look scuffed and used. The ones that aren’t look very pretty but these just don’t look good.
