The Scotsman Undercounter Ice Machine features a water-quality sensor that detects hard water and purges all mineral-laden water. The gourmet cube is our largest form of ice. It is a slow-melting cube that is perfect for bar use, server stations, office suites and breakrooms. These units are front breathing, allowing for flexible placement. The CU50 is also designed, engineered and assembled in the USA.

The Scotsman Undercounter Ice Machine produces gourmet cube ice that measures 1" x 1.13" x 1.25" and has a slow-melting rate that won't dilute drinks quickly or make them watery. Plus, it's taste-free and odorless, so you can enjoy the full flavor of your favorite beverages.
26-lb. Ice Storage Capacity
The Scotsman Undercounter Ice Machine has a 26-pound ice storage capacity, so it can keep up with your commercial demand. It also comes with 1" adjustable legs and a reversible door, perfect for any type of setting. The unit is UL approved for outdoor applications and 115v/60/1-ph, 5.0 amps.
Easy to Use and Clean
The Scotsman Undercounter Ice Machine is easy to use and clean. The user-friendly control panel informs you when it's time to clean, as well as when the power is on or there's no water.
Liftgate Service: Delivery of goods using liftgate equipment to lower the product to ground level. The receiving party is responsible for moving the product. This is required for residential deliveries or places of business not equipped with a loading dock.

More affordable than residential model
Too early to tell but ice cubs are clear and awesome looking (top hat design). Makes tons of ice, loud for first day of use but once full of ice, it quiets down. Install was reasonable. No light (this is difference between residential model), but the light is not worth the 100s of dollars saved!
