Appliance Delivery 1, Basic Installation 2, and Haul-Away 3 Information for Refrigerators, Washers, Electric Dryers, and Electric Ranges

The home delivery service includes basic installation to set up your new appliance, as well as haul-away of your old appliance. Parts and accessories required for basic installation are included. Member will receive a call, email, and/or text from a service representative to confirm appliance installation requirements and limitations. Before placing an order, please confirm that the contact information in Your Account is correct (address, email, phone) to ensure a smoother delivery process. Member must be at home during the scheduled delivery time frame.

1. Delivery: Delivery and Basic Installation are available in limited locations (not all zip codes covered) and only in the continental United States. Delivery is not available in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories or for APO or FPO addresses. Additional service fees for rescheduled delivery will apply if delivery is attempted and Member is not home or does not answer.

2. Basic Installation: The delivery and installation teams are NOT authorized to perform any modifications to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas or electrical work. Basic Installation may be unavailable in some locations depending on local, state, or industry codes and standards. During your home delivery appointment, the delivery and/or installation team(s) will be able to determine if any additional work and/or permits are required that exceed the Basic Installation, customer will need to hire 3rd party installer to complete installation. Basic Installation covers standard installations as per the provided guidelines of covers standard connection to existing, up-to-code utilities (like plugging in an electric range or connecting a refrigerator’s water line). It also includes the haul-away of your old appliance. Complex installations, which may require additional time, materials, or specialized equipment, or home modifications are not included in the Basic Installation. Customers are responsible for hiring a third-party installer to complete such installations. 2 step installation - A second appointment may be required with a license installer in some municipalities that require licensed installers in order to complete installation of Dishwashers, Gas Range, Gas Dryers, and Over the Range Microwaves.

3. Haul-away: The delivery service includes haul away of your old appliance, provided it has been uninstalled prior to delivery. Complex deliveries, including dishwashers, gas ranges, gas dryers, and over the range microwaves, may require separate delivery and installation appointments. The delivery team will not uninstall or remove existing appliances. Haul away will be provided by a licensed installation contractor during the second appointment, not the delivery provider.

For your safety, the delivery team CANNOT:

  • Remove their shoes. They will act with care to protect the home and merchandise
  • Alter property to complete a delivery except for simple door removal
  • Modify existing cabinets or HVAC equipment, including alterations such as cutting into existing cabinets, walls, counter tops, etc.
  • Relocate or reconnect used appliances to home utilities.
  • Convert gas or propane lines
  • Lift or hoist appliances over objects or through windows to complete a delivery.
  • Work with or touch exposed wires, rusted or corroded shut-off valves and copper valves
  • Update home to local code. If the connection points are not up to date to local code, the customer will need to hire a licensed plumber or electrician to bring the home up to code.
  • Uninstall or relocate built- in appliances. Will haul away only if uninstalled before delivery and if a haul-away service was purchased with delivery. NOTE: Built-in refrigerators cannot be hauled away.

Samsung Really Brought the Heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Until now I had been using the oven that came with my house. It was at least 15 years old, it was making crazy noises, and it took forever to preheat. I was past due for an upgrade. I didn't realize was just how bad my cooking experience had become until I started using my Samsung range. First of all, it is practically silent. I knew my oven was noisy, but now I'm realizing even before it got really loud, it was still much louder than an oven should be. The Samsung range is whisper quiet. It also preheats so fast I thought it was a glitch at first. I turned the oven on, and by the time I got all of my ingredients out and ready, it was preheated. One of the amazing features I didn't realize I would love so much is the air fryer. I always thought it was a gimmick, but I get it now. It's must faster than the normal bake setting because it doesn't really on preheating the whole oven to a consistent temperature. It just kicks the convection fan into full speed and heats up super fast. The cooktop is amazing as well. It heats up really fast and very even. There were no hot spots where food in the pan was burning while or cooking faster than other areas. My old range used to destroy scrambled eggs that way. I made the best scrambled eggs of my life on the Samsung range. My only regret is that I didn't upgrade sooner.

Everything We Needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Slide-In Range has been a great upgrade for our kitchen. It has a clean, modern look, but what I've appreciated most is how well it performs during everyday cooking. The cooktop heats quickly and gives me plenty of space to use multiple pots and pans without feeling crowded. The illuminated knobs are a thoughtful feature because it's easy to tell when a burner is on at a glance. I've also enjoyed using the SmartThings app, which lets me monitor the oven remotely and sends helpful notifications when preheating is complete or cooking is finished. The built-in Air Fry feature and convection oven have both worked well, giving us consistently great results while saving counter space by eliminating the need for another appliance. Overall, it's a dependable range with practical features that make cooking easier and more enjoyable.

New Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with the quality of this oven. The look is sleek and modern and looks great in my kitchen. For someone that prefers to keep their kitchen clean the smooth cooktop makes cleanup quick and easy. The illuminated knobs add a nice pop in the design that really makes this model stand out from others I looked at. For someone who does not prefer to cook all the time, I have found myself using this oven more with all its cool features. While preparing meals I have found the heating selection to be consistent, which is ideal for baking. It also heats up quickly, making every day meal prep fast on a busy schedule. The air fryer max setting has done a great job making my food crispy. With this feature alone, I find myself using it over my old air fryer. I love the three burner option that allows me to cook multiple items at once using different pot sizes. The SmartThings App is a nice feature with this oven. It allows me to preheat the oven remotely and set timers right from my phone. These first few weeks using the oven I have prepared an assortment of breakfast items, baked chicken and roasted vegetables for dinner, and even baked a cake. This oven's easy to control temperature and large capacity has made cooking more enjoyable. Overall the Samsung NSE90H63SRAA is a great oven that I would recommend. It combined style, convenience, and useful features that make cooking efficient and convenient.
