Great for loosening up. Extreme shaft flexibility helps control backstroke speed and helps to remind you to "whip" your wrists at the bottom of your forward swing. But most of all best for warm up without putting a swing weight on your driver. If you are 5'10" or taller, make sure to order the 48".

Bought this golf trainer on the advice of a couple of friends who both use this trainer. I’ve not been disappointed. I use it daily for 5-10 minutes on the days I don’t go to the course and I’ll swing it before a round just to get the “rust” loose. Friends who have tried it have ordered their own so I take that as confirmation that this is a special trainer.

The Gold Flex is an intuitive swing trainer that can automatically improve your flexibility (shoulder turn), balance, timing and swing speed. Though I am over 65, I have gained 10 yards on my driver immediately and look for much more in the coming weeks. It also has improved my ball striking on my irons. Just use it daily in the back yard for ten minutes and you will see the difference. Bought one for my son-in-law and he loves it too. Best product for the money.
