So happy that the cookie cake is back!
My son was quite surprised to have it for his birthday.
Unfortunately, you can’t personalize the colors on the cookie cake as you can do with the other cakes Sam’s sells.

Cookie Cake Returns

This was our first purchase of the cookie cake since it was rereleased in February. We had purchased many times before in store and as a special order before it was removed from the store. This cake was by far the worst cookie cake we have received from Sam’s Club. It was beautifully decorated and was done exactly as requested. Pick up was easy ( I didn’t like having to order online and be given a pick up time.). The cookie was extremely dry and the frosting was dramatically thicker than any of our previous cakes. I would not order again.

Not as good as it was…

Glad its back however dissapointed that the writing is printed on an edible sheet, not hand written, and a little sloppy. Of course we still ate it but glad it wasnt for a bithday, just fathers day and he did not care;)

I don’t like the new way of ordering the cookie cakes. I definitely don’t like not being able to customize colors on the cookie cake.

Go back to the old way of doing things.

Was ok but could have been way better. It seems like Sam’s has been very stingy with the frosting as of late. There was barely any frosting in between the 2 cookies. It was like 2 cookies on top of each other. And you could see parts of the cookie on to the frosting was so thin. We always get our extended families birthday cakes and all holiday cakes (for over 10 years ) and in the past 6 months or so the quality has changed drastically. They also stopped making the five and dime (5 inch cake with 10 cupcakes around it). I don’t know why Sams are making so many changes but please go back to the way you used to make everything!

They wrote on the cake, the wrong name and then would not fix it.
