After placing biscuits with gravy and fried potatoes in trays, we placed them back into the oven (300 degrees) for 5 minutes. About half hour later, we began serving the trays from an Igloo cooler. I bought them!! I got them for my hubby when he cooks on the grill he likes to put his meat or veg in the throw-way grilling pans, thought this would be cheaper and he could have them year-round, just poke them with holes for drainage and to let the smoke cook the food.
