Avoid energy drinks. If you can’t these are great.

You shouldn’t drink any energy drinks. But if you do these are a great option. One can lasts me all morning and because they are zero sugar I don’t have to worry about breaking fast with carbs. I can’t speak for your tastes but to me they taste fine. I don’t really like the taste of any energy drinks though. I’m in it for the performance for work purposes.

Reign has been my favorite energy drink for a long time now. I used to be a heavy coffee drinker but found more benefits from energy drinks. I tried a few different ones but Reign is the best tasting and gives me the best energy. These new flavors that Sam’s Club now offers add to the variety. They are really good.
