I buy these for my 16yr old grandson, that prefer to eat them as a healthy snack. Apparently they are pretty good, because he has at times eaten the entire bag at once, (smh). I recommend them as a good snack for any age or for brackfast with a protein shake, coffee, tea or juice. Just not the whole bag at once by yourself. lol. They are very inexpensive for a healthy snack.

I buy these all the time because they are a quick and easy snack to even take on the go because of the size you can fit them in any bag and take them with you. I even sometimes eat them after dinner as a dessert and I am satisfied. best of all I have no guilt because they are low in calories and and sugar.
