Select memory averaging mode (MAM) to take 3 measurements in succession rather than just 1. Because your blood pressure constantly fluctuates, a result determined in this way is more reliable than a single measurement, as recommended by the American Heart Association.

At three weeks in, we are very pleased.
The fine print didn't register with me concerning the monitoring of two separate individuals. When I finally realized that the local mode required separate monitoring phones, it wasn't that difficult. I'm very pleased with the features, and in my case, my wife needed a tiny cuff, and it has worked well for her. So far so good.

Easy to use
I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. This monitor easily syncs to the iOS app via Bluetooth which syncs with Apple Health. I took it with me to a recent doctor appointment and the readings were consistent with the BPs they measured manually. Having the historical data right on my phone was helpful when discussing my results with the doctor. The red indicator on the cuff makes placement simple.
