I don’t know that I could say what I was expecting when I tried this, but it well surpassed whatever it was. Just wow! So incredibly creamy, just the right amount of tang, perfectly aged…you will not be disappointed!! It is not like a Brie that needs to be brought to temp to get the texture or taste right. If you do bring to temp it’s fantastic, but just as fantastic when cold. I feel like there are certain (ahem) versions from my past that might have been going for this flavor profile (and failed), and now I’m SO impressed with the real McCoy. So amazing!!

Next level gourmet cheese!

My entire family absolutely loves this cheese! If you like Brie, this is similar but honestly way better, super smooth, buttery and creamy without the rind that wastes half the cheese! It makes an incredible sandwich on crunchy French baguette with prosciutto. It's usually pretty hard to find (I used to only get it at Trader Joe's), so I was thrilled when Sam's started carrying it. You really can't beat the price here. I always keep some stocked in our fridge now. I don't normally write reviews on this website, but I have strong feelings on this cheese right here! Please don't ever stop selling it! Highly Recommend!
