Worn out in less than 20,000

Bought these for a Hyundai Palisade, rotated every 8000 miles and with less than 20,000 miles, they were starting to go bald. Brought back to Sams and they said since the tires weren't rotated every 6000 miles, they would not warranty them. What tires go bald in an SUV with less than 20,000 miles? Absolute crap and shame on Sams Club for ripping off their customers. This is how you lose business.
